Richmond Hill, NY A complete renovation and addition to accommodate a 50-bed facility complete with support offices, flexible group rooms, recreation areas, commercial kitchen facilities, storage, offices and lounges. The existing 2-story building is to be gutted and we are adding two new floors. All new HVAC, electrical, sprinklers, security systems are to be installed. The building is being designed with the philosophy that a well-designed, healthy, safe and secure building yields healthy, safe and secure occupants. Also, the building will be designed so that phasing can occur to allow daily activities to continue uninterrupted as the new construction progresses.
