We implement LEED/Green design standards, which are architectural and engineering methods to increase a building's energy savings, indoor air quality, and human comfort while reducing the adverse impact of it's footprint on the environment. Our in-house LEED team delivers aesthetically pleasing, healthy projects with lower operating costs through smart planning and LEED/USGBC methods and products. We pursue projects and owners who share our philosophy and those that seek official LEED certification.
