A master plan was developed to revitalize the area along macquesten parkway. The site was home to a sprinkler warehouse. The new luxury residential buildings are 2 blocks from a NYC commuter train station and will be a welcomed asset to a flourishing residential community. Amenities include: onsite parking, spacious lobby with common rooms, pool, spa, media room, 24 hour concierge, 3rd floor terrace, roof decks, balconies, and duplexes. All buildings were designed to incorporate the latest sustainable engineering and products such as low-e glazing and green roof spaces. The first building (Locust Street) is under construction an the other two buildings are in the design development process.
