1779 Westchester Ave February 2026 Structural steel frame installation is complete for 1779 Westchester Ave development in Bronx, NY.	Pelham Garage January 2026 The new municipal parking facility located in the heart of Pelham, New York is complete. The garage is designed to improve infrastructure and provide convenient, centralized parking for residents, commuters, and visitors.	Village of Tarrytown Planning Board Chair October 2025 We’re proud to announce that Partner Peter F. Gaito Jr. has been appointed as the new Chair of the Tarrytown Planning Board. Congratulations to Peter for his continued leadership and dedication to thoughtful, community-centered planning. Primrose Schools November 2024 Designs and Approvals underway for new Primrose School in Irvington NY	Transfiguration Parish School July 2024 Design and Construction assistance for the reopening of PK3, PK4 and Kindergarten School	Westchester Ave May 2024 NYC DOB Approvals received for 18,000 sqft retail, warehouse and office building. Construction to start in September.	Varma RE & Education February 2024 Starting a terrific and worthwhile project creating a preschool and multifamily housing for an enriching family experience in Irvington NY. Proven ownership and creative consultants will help guide this great project.
AIA Interfaith January 2024 Peter Jr appointed as Chair of AIA Interfaith Design, a National Knowledge Community with 5,800 members	Scarsdale NY December 2023 Happy to be working again with Village Management to create and improve various public spaces	OPUS Hotel September 2023 Working with building Ownership and OPUS Management to create and improve various guest and visitor spaces, Ballroom level, restaurants and outdoor areas	Criterion Group August 2023 We are working with Criterion Group on a series of Commercial and Multi-family residential projects in Mt. Vernon.
Pelham Garage July 2023 Transformation of Downtown Parking Garage to improve aesthetics, safety and security.	Trinity Baptist Church NYC June 2023 We are glad to start interior renovations to Trinity Baptist Church. Founded by American born Swedes, this church was designed by Martin Gravely Hedmark in 1931.	Red Horse by David Burke April 2023 Our complete renovation of the 8,000sqft Red Horse by David Burke restaurant in White Plains is done. Complete with a glowing Himalayan salt wall, new exterior signage and 2 exterior horses! Chef's team and Hotel ownership was wonderful to work with. Great food- enjoy!	Salvation Army Warehouse November 2022 We are happy to support the Good work of the Salvation Army by designing a ground up 30,000 soft Warehouse to house all of the donations and be at the ready for quick distribution.

Peter Jr will serve as Village Liaison to Cornell.	U Haul April 2022 We are designing a new 90,000 sqft customer service and storage warehouse facility in the Bronx	JONARD TOOLS March 2022 We are designing a new 45,000 sqft Office and Warehouse Headquarters for the 65 year old company

We are designing over 1000 units of housing over multiple projects	PFGA_Combe September 2021 New Labs and in-house hair salon completed for Combe International.	Autograph Salon April 15, 2021 The Opus an Autograph Collection Hotel opens. We worked with Celano Design Studio, Collado Engineering and BCG to design/rebrand this great space.
