New Bath House and Mini-Golf Course in Cortlandt Manor, NY

 

Sustainable design of new bathhouse facility and mini-golf course to accommodate the public pool serving a town of 44,000 people. The building works with the exiting Recreation complex enhancing the visitor experience and staff management. Project details include a friendly and secure building allows for ample natural light in interior spaces, visual clarity of lifeguard and first aid spaces, new kitchen facilities, a new central outdoor shaded plaza and a new mini-golf course.
