PFGA provided design and construction administration for a 1953 building to provide new windows, storefronts, doors, painting and various exterior wood, steel, concrete repairs and asbestos abatement services.

Our team also provided a proposal to renovate the entire facility to address the need for expansions of a Village, Police, Recreation, and Fire Department offices and work areas. The design maximizes storage areas, provides more meeting areas, a new commercial kitchen (fire dept.), new bath, shower, locker facilities, new dispatch areas, larger shared fitness room, new staff lunchroom, and incorporates EOC equipment.
