This project is a complete renovation and addition for the headquarters of a national subsurface excavation contracting company. A former warehouse was gutted and renovated to provide offices, conference rooms, a welding shop, locker areas, and MEP systems. Design features included the addition of a large mezzanine, an interior garden, use of windows/ translucent light panels and two 15-foot wide skylights running the entire length of the building.
