The Center for Senior Activities has outgrown its current location in it’s 11,000 square foot building in the 23 acre town park. Our design proposal includes several principles critical to any good design including: flexible space to be able to respond and adapt to changing interests and new program development, address special needs of seniors, especially regarding safety and security, collaboration with other town and community agencies, groups and activities, lobby viable transportation options, flexible classrooms, commercial kitchen, code items, parking/drop-off, and working with existing building architecture and site.
