Feasibility study performed at each building to determine repairs needed to improve energy efficiency, improve water tightness, and upgrade system conditions. The study consisted of on-site inspection of windows, doors, condition of roof structure, roof insulation, condition of exterior wall components, and exterior wall insulation.
