Winning RFP for new nature center of Marshlands Conservancy in Rye, NY - 3,600 sq.ft.

 

Sustainable design of New new nature center facility to accommodate gallery/exhibit rooms, classrooms, public bathrooms and a variety of flexible multi-use programs for 30,000 visitors and 70 school trips per year. This Green project is in schematic design phase, it continues to be developed as a landing point along Jay Heritage Centers, historic garden.
