The 2005 winning design from a competitive RFP from the City of New Rochelle.
In the place of a an antiquated steel parking garage will soon rise an all new mixed-use residential complex that will not only revitalize the immediate area, but also serve as a catalyst for the continuing rejuvenation in and along the city's Main Street shopping corridor. The unique tower will be a landmark destination point and stand as a proud symbol for the future of New Rochelle.
