PFGA provided extensive design services for the renovation of the existing structure. The design includes demolishing the bathhouse complex, which is in disrepair, with the option of keeping portions of the existing concrete slab so as not to negatively impact the site and serve as the base for the new construction. The proposed new facility incorporates green building principles, sustainable building performance standards, energy efficiency, and careful selection of energy efficient building materials and equipment that results in a healthier outdoor environment.
