A new Department of Public Works Facility on the site along the Sprain Parkway. The new building and site addition and renovation, updates an older undersized building. The facility contains a 36 bay garage, repair facility, wash bay, fueling station, staff offices, secure storage areas, generator, 3600 ton salt shed, and complete MEP systems.
