Playland Administration, Playland Park, Building, Rye, NY, Built in 1929. Technical enhancements and historical restoration for envelope restoration/renovation to return the building to it’s original grandeur in accordance with SHPO standards and original color and detailing. Work included exterior wall, window, lighting, and roof restoration, and plaza design and renovation. Phase II will be interior redesign and MEP work for office, support spaces, and Playland Security building.
