Providing design and construction documents for an existing hotel lobby and hotel guest room interior renovation, to provide new foyer, reception lobby, lounges, bar, salon, and new interior renovation of the existing hotel rooms.

The project also included the development of a fully ADA-compliant accessible lobby design, complemented by carefully planned support spaces to ensure seamless circulation, barrier-free access, and full adherence to all applicable accessibility standards. These included accessible reception areas, clear circulation paths, seating zones, and adjacent service spaces—each configured to meet or exceed ADA standards

Guestroom improvements encompassed the full interior refurbishment of existing rooms, including updated finishes, improved lighting, and enhanced functionality, ensuring an elevated level of comfort and convenience for hotel visitors.
