Doubling the size of the existing clubhouse and gut renovating the existing building to create a spacious, multi-purpose space to serve the needs of the private residential community. The building will be designed as LEED Silver and includes a new fitness center, game room, larger common room, warming kitchen, and updated, energy efficient light fixtures.
