Four different Bronx facilities: Morris Park, Baumritter, Montefiore, Webster.  These projects are complete renovations to provide necessary facility spaces including new laboratories, classrooms, soundproof doctor exam rooms, nurses station, patient and family waiting rooms, kitchen areas, and secure entry and exits, all new HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and plumbing systems, etc.
