SALVATION ARMY CORPS WHITE PLAINS LOCATION WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Commercial PROJECT DETAILS Size: 20,000 sq ft Includes: Energy Efficient - Building desing, HVAC, Water and Lighting This project brings together thoughtful planning and contextual design to create a flexible, secure, and community-oriented facility. The building is organized to allow for future expansion, with adaptable interior spaces that support evolving needs over time. Upon entry, a preserved stone chapel becomes a focal point that anchors the overall design. Safety and functionality are central to the project, with controlled access at key entry points, clear internal circulation, and strong visual connections that enhance child safety within flexible classroom environments. The architecture responds carefully to its surroundings, balancing scale and massing to relate to both the adjacent single-family neighborhood and the larger commercial context. Designed for visibility from two streets, the building presents an inviting presence, while the adaptive reuse of the original chapel seamlessly integrates old and new, allowing daily operations to continue throughout construction. YONKERS GARAGE LOCATION YONKERS, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Parks and Recreation PROJECT DETAILS New 1000 car Parking Garage for the City of Yonkers to create visual interest for the area. Parking spaces within are for visitors, court staff, police. Project details include a connection to the City Hall bridge, connection to the Court building, rooftop recreation and ceremony area. The friendly and secure building allows for ample natural light in interior spaces, and LED lighting to change colors for holidays and special occasions. The service center and work areas have been upgraded to support efficiency, performance, and advanced automotive technologies. HOLY ROSARY CHURCH LOCATION PORT CHESTER, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Religious PROJECT DETAILS Our Lady of the Rosary Church located on Don Bosco Place in Port Chester has been serving its community for over one hundred years. The main entrance to the church was through an exterior staircase only. The original early 1900's entry foyer was a small transitional space from the exterior to the main church. In keeping up with the changing community, We have added a new addition improving access to the church, creating a more inviting entrance, adding a new elevator and increasing lobby space. The elevator will provide access for senior members of the community and the new larger entry foyer will provide a more inviting gathering interior space before entering into the main church. THE HORIZON CONDOMINIUMS LOCATION MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Multi-Family Residential PROJECT DETAILS Size: 92,000 sq ft Status: Completed 2008 Includes: 8 stories, 70-1 and 2 bedroom units, 96 parking spaces A comprehensive master plan was developed to revitalize the corridor along Macquesten Parkway, transforming a former sprinkler warehouse site into a vibrant residential destination. Located just two blocks from a NYC commuter rail station, the new luxury development enhances an already growing neighborhood and provides a strong addition to the local community. The project features thoughtfully designed residential buildings with a full suite of amenities, including onsite parking, a spacious lobby with shared common areas, a pool and spa, media room, 24-hour concierge, third-floor terrace, roof decks, private balconies, and select duplex units.
