LETTING CHRIST BE KNOWN LOCATION BRONX, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Religious PROJECT DETAILS Size: 35,000 sq ft Status: Completed 2015 This new facility was completed for a 24-year-old congregation relocating to its permanent home. The project included a temple, classrooms, a catering facility, outdoor gathering areas, and on-site parking to support both worship services and community events. The building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification, incorporating sustainable strategies focused on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. BRUSH PARK RENOVATION LOCATION MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Parks and Recreation, Master Planning PROJECT DETAILS A complete renovation and restoration of an existing park to provide 4 regulation size baseball fields, dugouts, spectator seating, new food service and bathroom building, parking area, bicycle racks, children's playground, landscaping, and Warrior's Walk Memorial.
