HOLY ROSARY CHURCH LOCATION PORT CHESTER, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Religious PROJECT DETAILS Our Lady of the Rosary Church located on Don Bosco Place in Port Chester has been serving its community for over one hundred years. The main entrance to the church was through an exterior staircase only. The original early 1900's entry foyer was a small transitional space from the exterior to the main church. In keeping up with the changing community, We have added a new addition improving access to the church, creating a more inviting entrance, adding a new elevator and increasing lobby space. The elevator will provide access for senior members of the community and the new larger entry foyer will provide a more inviting gathering interior space before entering into the main church. In addition, we will be designing the interior lighting of the existing church. Back to PROJECTS

BRUSH PARK RENOVATION LOCATION MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Parks and Recreation, Master Planning PROJECT DETAILS A complete renovation and restoration of an existing park to provide 4 regulation size baseball fields, dugouts, spectator seating, new food service and bathroom building, parking area, bicycle racks, children's playground, landscaping, and Warrior's Walk Memorial. THE HORIZON CONDOMINIUMS LOCATION MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Multi-Family Residential PROJECT DETAILS Size: 92,000 sq ft Status: Completed 2008 Includes: 8 stories, 70-1 and 2 bedroom units, 96 parking spaces A comprehensive master plan was developed to revitalize the corridor along Macquesten Parkway, transforming a former sprinkler warehouse site into a vibrant residential destination. Located just two blocks from a NYC commuter rail station, the new luxury development enhances an already growing neighborhood and provides a strong addition to the local community. MORETRENCH HQ LOCATION ROCKAWAY, NEW JERSEY PROJECT TYPE Warehouse and Storage PROJECT DETAILS Size: 7,500 sq ft Status: Completed 2005 Includes: 3 stories, On-site parking This project is a complete renovation and addition for the headquarters of a national subsurface excavation contracting company. A former warehouse was gutted and renovated to provide offices, conference rooms, a welding shop, locker areas, and MEP systems. Design features included the addition of a large mezzanine, an interior garden, use of windows/ translucent light panels and two 15-foot wide skylights running the entire length of the building. In the place of a an antiquated steel parking garage will soon rise an all new mixed-use residential complex that will not only revitalize the immediate area, but also serve as a catalyst for the continuing rejuvenation in and along the city's Main Street shopping corridor. The unique tower will be a landmark destination point and stand as a proud symbol for the future of New Rochelle.
