GREYSTONE PROPORTY FEASIBILITY STUDY YONKERS, NEW YORK MASTER PLANNING Feasibility study performed at each building to determine repairs needed to improve energy efficiency, improve water tightness, and upgrade system conditions. FELLOWSHIP DEACONRY MAIN CHAPEL SOMERSET COUNTY, NEW JERSEY RELIGIOUS Expanded Chapel with new kitchen and bathroom facilities with welcoming entry. Building was designed for Deaconry use and to be attractive, flexible space for outside organizations to rent out for meetings and conventions.

FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER LOCATION CENTRAL ISLIP, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space PROJECT DETAILS This proposed center will have a combination of open and friendly but private and secured spaces creating welcoming, safe entrance, assigned classrooms, interoffice for social workers and staff. The design challenge is to connect the outdoor landscape and the lake in meanwhile limit the access from public. CROTON BATH HOUSE LOCATION CROTON ON HUDSON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space PROJECT DETAILS Size: 3,000 sq ft Includes: restrooms, showers, changing rooms, lifeguard station, first aid station, concession area PFGA provided extensive design services for the renovation of the existing structure. The design includes demolishing the bathhouse complex, which is in disrepair, with the option of keeping portions of the existing concrete slab so as not to negatively impact the site and serve as the base for the new construction. The proposed new facility incorporates green building principles, sustainable building performance standards, energy efficiency, and careful selection of energy efficient building materials and equipment that results in a healthier outdoor environment.
