FRANKLIN AVENUE CONDOMINIUMS MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK RESIDENTIAL 92,000 SQ.FT. RESIDENTIAL 13 STORIES 42 1 AND 2 BEDROOM UNITS 50 PARKING SPACES On the steep site of a former single family home, this new residential building 1/2 mile from a NYC commuter train station, will be a welcome asset to a flourishing residential community. Amenities include: onsite parking, spacious lobby meeting room, media room, exercise room, common lounge, 24 hour concierge and private balconies. The building will incorporate the latest sustainable engineering, products and systems.

GREENBURGH POLICE STATION LOCATION GREENBURGH, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Municipal PROJECT DETAILS Size: 3,000 sq ft Status: Completed 2010 This public project was successful on a number of levels. The Greenburgh Police Headquarters was seeking ways to effectively update and expand the entire facility. One of the major requirements of the space was that the Police Officers wanted to engage the public in a more open manner and thus seem more 'friendly' to the general public. The addition, improved entrance and public areas were achieved through the use of natural materials and colors. Stones, finished woods were used in union with steel to create a warmer environment while maintaining the fortitude and dependability that is representative of the Greenburgh Police. The 3000 square foot alteration successfully balances a variety of design features including allowing large quantities of natural light when required, providing state of the art engineering to regulate the environment, depending on the activity and amount of occupants, and equipment storage. The building was also designed to conform to all current ADA (American Disabilities Act) codes, which provides access to previously inaccessible spaces. The project includes the design and systems coordination of energy saving, environmentally controlled spaces, achieved through careful attention to design, civil, construction and engineering issues. WILLIAM J. VESCIO COMMUNITY CENTER BRIAFCLIFF MANOR, NEW YORK PUBLIC SPACES EMERGENCY SERVICES FACILITIES HISTORIC 7,000 sqft. This project was initiated to transform a 110 year old, vacant, non-used space, into a welcoming, social destination offering functional, flexible areas for meetings, quiet study, group work and presentations, for groups and individuals of all ages. It was designed to operate as a stand-alone facility, yet integrate seamlessly with adjacent Library operations and architectural building character. Improvements included exterior restoration, gut interior renovation, creation of a new mezzanine floor, new support spaces, engineering and audiovisual systems and ADA compliance.

HARRISON FIRE DEPARTMENT LOCATION WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Municipal PROJECT DETAILS Size: 21,000 sq ft Includes: expansion of apparatus bay, new semi-private sleeping quarters, locker room and bathroom facilites, multi-functional meeting rooms, interior storage The project includes adding a third floor to the existing building to reduce overcrowding and improve accessibility and code compliance, along with a new public entrance. The design incorporates expanded apparatus bay access and capacity, energy-efficient systems (roofing, windows, HVAC, LED lighting), water-conserving fixtures, and enhanced natural daylighting. Interior improvements include training space, semi-private firefighter quarters with support facilities, multi-functional meeting rooms, and increased storage on each floor. Back to PROJECTS

CORTLANDT MANOR BATHHOUSE LOCATION CORTLANDT MANOR PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Parks and Recreation PROJECT DETAILS Size: 3.55 Acres, 4,200 sq ft Bath House Includes: Bathhouse, Golf Course, Pool Sustainable design of new bathhouse facility and mini-golf course to accommodate the public pool serving a town of 44,000 people. The building works with the exiting Recreation complex enhancing the visitor experience and staff management. Project details include a friendly and secure building allows for ample natural light in interior spaces, visual clarity of lifeguard and first aid spaces, new kitchen facilities, a new central outdoor shaded plaza and a new mini-golf course. WEST POINT HERBERT HALL EXPANSION LOCATION WEST POINT, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Education, Healthcare and Institutional PROJECT DETAILS Size : 20,000 sq ft Herbert Hall located at West Point, NY, is a three-story, brick building comprising approximately 31,000 square feet and constructed in 1993 using alumni-donated funds. The intention is to increase the size of office space to accommodate the growing staff and to increase entertainment spaces to host alumni functions and continue to serve as a campus focal point for social, recreational, and educational events. 20,000 sqft of expansion and renovation elements include a new state-of-the-art multi-function banquet hall, kitchen, staff office and meeting areas, alumni social space, improved public space with expanded bookstore and cafe.
