CROTON BATH HOUSE LOCATION CROTON ON HUDSON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space PROJECT DETAILS Size: 3,000 sq ft Includes: restrooms, showers, changing rooms, lifeguard station, first aid station, concession area PFGA provided extensive design services for the renovation of the existing structure. The design includes demolishing the bathhouse complex, which is in disrepair, with the option of keeping portions of the existing concrete slab so as not to negatively impact the site and serve as the base for the new construction. The proposed new facility incorporates green building principles, sustainable building performance standards, energy efficiency, and careful selection of energy efficient building materials and equipment that results in a healthier outdoor environment. KING'S SQUARE MULTI-FAMILY LOCATION NEW YORK, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Multi-Family Residential, Mixed-Use PROJECT DETAILS Size: 221,000 sq ft Includes: 13 stories, 100 - 1 and 2 bedroom units, 130 parking spaces A new residential building offering spacious apartments on a compact site. The brick and glass building will be a handsome addition to the neighborhood. The building is located near NYC commuter subways and bus stations, local shops and restaurants. Amenities include: onsite parking, lobby, indoor and outdoor common rooms, gardens, bicycle storage, ground floor retail, roof decks, and solar panels. 645 MACQUESTEN PARKWAY MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK RESIDENTIAL MASTER PLANNING 645 MACQUESTEN PARKWAY 310,000 SQ.FT. (16 STORIES) 160 STUDIO , 1, 2 & 3 BEDROOM A master plan was developed to revitalize the area along macquesten parkway. The site was home to a sprinkler warehouse. The new luxury residential buildings are 2 blocks from a NYC commuter train station and will be a welcomed asset to a flourishing residential community. Amenities include: onsite parking, spacious lobby with common rooms, pool, spa, media room, 24 hour concierge, 3rd floor terrace, roof decks, balconies, and duplexes. All buildings were designed to incorporate the latest sustainable engineering and products such as low-e glazing and green roof spaces. The first building (Locust Street) is under construction an the other two buildings are in the design development process.

SOMERS FIRE DEPARTMENT SOMERS, NEW YORK EMERGENCY SERVICES FACILITIES 17,000 sq.ft. Interior Design and Renovation, $1 million Various architecture and engineering for interior design and renovation, various site work, patio and walkway repairs, to improve ADA accessibility, structural, HVAC, and interior spatial concerns.

RYE BROOK DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LOCATION RYE BROOK, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Municipal PROJECT DETAILS Size: 45,000 sq ft The new facility located on suburban area in Rye Brook, to house trucks and various equipment required for all seasons of Village services for both Public Works and Parks. RFP was a challenge to design the DPW into residential scale so it sits well in the context as well as it serves the purpose of DPW and expansion of existing. Back to PROJECTS

WESTCHESTER COUNTRY CENTER LOCATION WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Parks and Recreation PROJECT DETAILS Size: 30,000 sq ft Status: completed 2017 This project consists of the design and development of an existing 5,000-seat theater and multi-purpose venue intended to support a range of uses including sporting events, concerts, conferences, community events, and school graduations. The scope of work includes the reconfiguration and design of the existing main hall / Theater and existing little theater, including lighting and sound systems, acoustic ceiling systems, and comprehensive upgrades to public restrooms and performer support areas. Work also includes the redesign of layouts, finishes, and fixtures for dressing rooms and restroom facilities serving both primary and secondary performance spaces. Back to PROJECTS
