MORETRENCH AMERICAN CORP. LOCATION ROCKAWAY, NEW JERSEY PROJECT TYPE Commercial PROJECT DETAILS Size: 7,500 sq ft Status: Completed 2005 This project is a complete renovation and addition for the headquarters of a national subsurface excavation contracting company. A former warehouse was gutted and renovated to provide offices, conference rooms, a welding shop, locker areas, and MEP systems. Design features included the addition of a large mezzanine, an interior garden, use of windows/ translucent light panels and two 15-foot wide skylights running the entire length of the building. PLAYLAND PARK LOCATION RYE, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Historic Restoration, Master Planning PROJECT DETAILS Size: 20,000 sq ft Playland Administration, Playland Park, Building, Rye, NY, Built in 1929. Technical enhancements and historical restoration for envelope restoration/renovation to return the building to it’s original grandeur in accordance with SHPO standards and original color and detailing. Work included exterior wall, window, lighting, and roof restoration, and plaza design and renovation. The new playground will be a great place to socialize, play, and catch up with friends and family.
