The scope of work includes the reconfiguration and design of the existing main hall / Theater and existing little theater, including lighting and sound systems, acoustic ceiling systems, and comprehensive upgrades to public restrooms and performer support areas. Work also includes the redesign of layouts, finishes, and fixtures for dressing rooms and restroom facilities serving both primary and secondary performance spaces. The design incorporates expanded apparatus bay access and capacity, energy-efficient systems (roofing, windows, HVAC, LED lighting), water-conserving fixtures, and enhanced natural daylighting.
