The new building and site addition and renovation, updates an older undersized building. CROTON BATH HOUSE LOCATION CROTON ON HUDSON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space PROJECT DETAILS Size: 3,000 sq ft Includes: restrooms, showers, changing rooms, lifeguard station, first aid station, concession area PFGA provided extensive design services for the renovation of the existing structure. The design includes demolishing the bathhouse complex, which is in disrepair, with the option of keeping portions of the existing concrete slab so as not to negatively impact the site and serve as the base for the new construction. The proposed new facility incorporates green building principles, sustainable building performance standards, energy efficiency, and careful selection of energy efficient building materials and equipment that results in a healthier outdoor environment. SAN SILVERIO DOVER PLAINS, NEW YORK back to RELIGIOUS A newly constructed grotto among the expansive Saint Silverio Shrine landscape. Standing just over 10 feet tall, the grotto offers an intimate location for prayer and gathering at any time of day.

MARSHLANDS CONSERVANCY NATURE CENTER RYE, NEW YORK PARK + RECREATION PUBLIC SPACES Winning RFP for new nature center of Marshlands Conservancy in Rye, NY - 3,600 sq.ft. Sustainable design of New new nature center facility to accommodate gallery/exhibit rooms, classrooms, public bathrooms and a variety of flexible multi-use programs for 30,000 visitors and 70 school trips per year. This Green project is in schematic design phase, it continues to be developed as a landing point along Jay Heritage Centers, historic garden.

PLAYLAND PARK LOCATION RYE, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Historic Restoration, Master Planning PROJECT DETAILS Size: 20,000 sq ft Playland Administration, Playland Park, Building, Rye, NY, Built in 1929. Technical enhancements and historical restoration for envelope restoration/renovation to return the building to it’s original grandeur in accordance with SHPO standards and original color and detailing. Work included exterior wall, window, lighting, and roof restoration, and plaza design and renovation. 4TH STREET PLAYGROUND LOCATION MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Parks and Recreation, Master Planning PROJECT DETAILS Renovation of an existing playground with a design that includes the creation of gathering spaces that will be inviting and a comfortable atmosphere for congregation, relaxing and conversation. The new playground will be a great place to socialize, play, and catch up with friends and family.
