(16 STORIES) 160 STUDIO , 1, 2 & 3 BEDROOM A master plan was developed to revitalize the area along macquesten parkway. The site was home to a sprinkler warehouse. The new luxury residential buildings are 2 blocks from a NYC commuter train station and will be a welcomed asset to a flourishing residential community. Amenities include: onsite parking, spacious lobby with common rooms, pool, spa, media room, 24 hour concierge, 3rd floor terrace, roof decks, balconies, and duplexes. All buildings were designed to incorporate the latest sustainable engineering and products such as low-e glazing and green roof spaces. The first building (Locust Street) is under construction an the other two buildings are in the design development process.

WESTCHESTER COUNTRY CENTER LOCATION WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK PROJECT TYPE Public Space, Parks and Recreation PROJECT DETAILS Size: 30,000 sq ft Status: completed 2017 This project consists of the design and development of an existing 5,000-seat theater and multi-purpose venue intended to support a range of uses including sporting events, concerts, conferences, community events, and school graduations. The scope of work includes the reconfiguration and design of the existing main hall / Theater and existing little theater, including lighting and sound systems, acoustic ceiling systems, and comprehensive upgrades to public restrooms and performer support areas. In the place of a an antiquated steel parking garage will soon rise an all new mixed-use residential complex that will not only revitalize the immediate area, but also serve as a catalyst for the continuing rejuvenation in and along the city's Main Street shopping corridor. MORETRENCH AMERICAN CORP. ROCKAWAY, NEW JERSEY back to COMMERCIAL 7,500 sqft 3-stories On-site Parking $5 million 2005 This project is a complete renovation and addition for the headquarters of a national subsurface excavation contracting company. A former warehouse was gutted and renovated to provide offices, conference rooms, a welding shop, locker areas, and MEP systems. Design features included the addition of a large mezzanine, an interior garden, use of windows/ translucent light panels and two 15-foot wide skylights running the entire length of the building.

BRIARCLIFF MANOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NEW YORK EMERGENCY SERVICES FACILITIES Addition and Renovation

HIGHBRIDGE FACILITY BY SAMARITAN VILLAGE BRONX, NEW YORK INSTITUTIONAL Feasibility study for New Addition & Existing Building Renovation for Samaritan Village Residential Treatment Facility in Bronx. The existing two story building was constructed in 1940 and in 1985 Samaritan Village purchased and did alterations for 152 residents. The Lot area is 72,500 sq.ft and located at the top of a rock ledge with spectacular view of historic High Bridge and Harlem River. PFGA went through the completed feasibility of site with zoning study, NYC building code, assessment of existing building and different phasing schedule to run the facility as well as cost estimate. This extensive proposal covered Electric, Water, Gas, HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler system.
